The first year was fabulous. Worked perfectly with my phone. But after time, the device stopped connecting to the app. No matter what I do, I cannot get the two to work together anymore. It's too bad, because it was an excellent device. And when it did work I could easily email a log of my vitals to my cardiologist from my phone. Please, help me reestablish the connection between the device and the app.

edit: issue partially fixed so I'm upping my rating. still lose some nights' data but not always. still disappointed. unfortunately I'm having the same issue as others, my stats don't sync up with the app and I wake up to lost data and a disconnected device. the vibration alert is still helpful by itself, but the whole point of this was to collect data to share with my gp. i really hope this gets fixed as it makes an expensive device practically useless

Since Upgrading to a BP2Connect I get unassigned data. This happens at least two to 3 times a week. I even wait until it shows up in history, but the next day it is unassigned. Since I am the only person who uses both my phone and the BP2Connect this is becoming a big issue. It doesn't transfer to Google's health connect or Samsung Health when it remains unassigned. months later and nothing has changed. I will be dumping all my current devices that use this app for devices that actually work!
