extremely slow to use and as a result, it makes it very difficult to navigate. the early check in also works sometimes, doesn't work other times which makes the system extremely inconvenient. also the early check in system doesn't seem to scan passports that are not Canadian.

A truly awful app and company. I already had the app installed but it told me I needed to update. When I tried to do that it said that it wasn't compatible with my Android devices. This is just another in a long list of appalling experiences with Westjet and especially their IT systems. The company and especially their senior executives have no interest in and have only distain for their customers. Stay away!

I've used this app before a couple of years ago. This time it's poor to awful. Could not access the in-flight entertainment at all despite having the latest version of the app. On board, at airport and telephone staff had no idea what to do. It's a small thing but has severely impacted my view of westjet.
