Would have been four stars, but for the insistence on a review after completing the booking. I clicked on the smiley face , which then blocked the page with a message asking for this review. I couldn't get back to my booking to double check the details, and the smiley face didn't link to anything. Had to close everything down and start my next booking separately. So irritating !!! but at least the review is done !

A functional app which is easy to use for making bookings and seeing pending trips. For disabled guests such as myself it would be nice to see an option for requesting a ground floor room through the app in a future version. Additionally it would be nice to see an option when booking two rooms to request they be allocated next to each other.

Very impressive However!.. Slick UI. Smooth and easy navigation. Especially like the map view, which is super smooth. Well done to the devs. You need to fix the credit card payment option to allow Cvv entering and verification via sms from the card provider. I could not complete a booking using the app as payment gets declined. Using the website all worked perfectly. It's not perfect but almost there.
