This app is inferior compared to previous ones I've used. It's overcomplicated, uses slidebars to view SD recordings, length of recording isn't long enough, drops out every so often and fails to connect. Constantly having to switch the sound recorder on. I could go on but it's easier just to switch back to CE.

Having a ton of bugs after an update. I can no longer select whether it continuously records or not. It records in sections making an enormous amount of videos because it's continuously recording therefore taking up data I can't get rid of unless I remove the card manually. The sensor also isn't picking up anything much further than 4-5ft when it previously did a great deal more when we first owned the camera. The camera had potential before the first update, now I wondered if it's a scam.

App is lackluster. Constantly doesn't connect. Notifications delayed. Have other cameras on the same network with no issues. Have reached out multiple times to the company through their app "contact us" with no response. The cameras are decent and the PTZ functionality is good.
