So far so good. I've tried out oodles of these sorts of apps to try and find tools to help long-standing depression, and this is the best I've tried so far. Of course, there is no quick solution for these problems, but this app has enough detail to matter, and doesn't come across as patronising in the process. I like the auto diary feature, and the articles are interesting and informative.

I keep my mood through the day in check, read the suggested exercises and videos, and I've seen a significant improvement. I was not very good at writing down all the ctb exercises, but my phone reminds me to chevk the app 3 times a day and do the check and exercises. I don't use the paid features, but the monitoring alone is enough for me.

Quick and easy - 4 mins to fill in? I haven't noticed any ads, so if they are there they don't get in my way. I record my mood 3 times a day with notifications to remind me. They ask me 3 or 4 questions each time which I find a helpful prompt. , occasionally none of feelings or activities fit, but you can add them or write notes, so I can explain there. I love the fact that it writes a report for you to use for a doc or benefits etc, and it is great to use to see if a treatment is working.
