Bolt app is good, but kindly make it more intelligent, like 1. when a rider cancels the ride, the map should also be closed automatically like a map finish at the end of the ride. 2. Make price font extra large to attract the drivers. 3. Remove Arrive pop-up and automatically inform rider that driver arrived and start the waiting time. 4. please reduce the cancellation witing time if in case rider doesn't appear.

Been here 2 years now, and yet your 10 years behind the uber app, you should let a taxi driver develop the app, not some it office nerd. First and foremost is get the correct address right. Tell Google maps that it does not get close to the customer. Take away star rating, add hot spots for busy areas, add cold spots for areas that are not busy. Get rid of the promos and partners add, and put favourite driver options to customer

The in-app maps are the worst I have ever seen. It always gives you the longer route, and when you take a shortcut, the guidance route doesn't automatically change and doesn't update the route. It would be helpful for the driver. When the job card shows on the screen, it also shows the drop-off point on the map rather than just a postcode and miles at the bottom.
