Update.. Wow... After struggling to get this app to Verify my ID, when it finally takes the picture my Verification get denied. When clicking on Notifications to see why, it doesnt even open to a window that explains it. I have to look it up on my Email inbox, useless feature. Its ridiculous that this is a requirement and yet they can't create an app that functions properly. Amazing. Its so much hassle and stress. Something you dont want when traveling so far already.

Unable to get verification. Every time I do what is required in taking pictures of my passport and a selfie as well as expiry date and date obtained that they keep saying declined. Why as all the details are correct every time and so why decline every time. Absolutely terrible app if you cannot even have all your correct details verified. Who and what people are deciding on all the information given. Will have to try another way to be able to register my dates for arrival in the Philippines.

I think the people that designed this app have never taken the time to try to use it because it is obscenely frustrating and convoluted. It has an awful user experience, absolutely abysmal. Some parts look nice but the usability is clearly and utterly horrendous. Update: almost 4 months later. Travel registration "please fmake sure to fill out all required fields" when EVERYTHING has been completed. However upgraded to 2 stars as registration this time was easier.
