Really good app. Adds are not obtrusive but i am considering buying the app anyway. Plenty of editing options to tweak the workout if needed. Recommend to anyone looking to get fitter. 😊😊 Still using this two years later and bought the app also. Gives you an excellent quick workout in a morning, to get you going for the day.

Wow. That got intense so fast. From thinking meh, this is to easy to gosh I can't feel my arms and dreading what they will put you through tomorrow, and thats only beginners level. I love it! One impressive feature is being able to sync with your account , so even when I had to change phones I never lost my progress. Sadly though there's no synchronisation between the android and Apple app, so anything I did on my iPhone was lost. Oh well still a great workout, definitely getting stronger

Really enjoying this app, I find it difficult to stick to strength exercise plans and had little if any core strength. However, this plan fits with my lifestyle well and with the workouts between 10 - 15 mins and I've not missed any. Started only being able to plank for 30 secs and I'm up to 100secs, I've enjoyed feeling like I have progressed. The app is simple to use and the voice timing is helpful. The ads are not too distracting and easy to navigate away from.
