AWFUL - DO NOT BOTHER. We have been to 2 Lyons sites recently and the app did not work. Even the staff admitted it was useless. We missed a lot of activities because we couldn't find any information - and it's not advertised anywhere else on the campsite, fliers, noticeboards etc. Some info that was on there was wrong (opening times etc) and booking system didn't load. Lyons, you've been sold a turkey. Go back to traditional holiday park ways.

Absolute waste of time nothing works on it the staff tell you to book activities through the app that DOESN'T WORK then they look at you like you don't know how to use an app i had to use there website to book activities then it automatically goes on to your app then when you go to said activities the booking hasn't gone through save your staff the extra work of telling people to use the app and get rid of it it's useless

With help from app company, I have now logged in thankyou! To anyone having issues with not sending verification code the email goes to your spam folder!

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had an issue logging into the app. Occasionally the email code can go to your spam folder depending upon your email service provider. We’ve now auto verified your email address so you should be able to login using the same password. Any issues please reach out to support@n-gage.io
