The app is a relatively poor adaptation of an international app used in other towns. To improve in the town of Treviso, MoM must now gives names and add signboards with these names to each bus stop, otherwise the app is almost useless (the names can be of landmarks near a bus stops, or road names etc.). The app should then clearly indicate those names in maps for the search in "departure" and "destination".

Everytime I open the application it displays "there was an error contacting the backend", I also had a problem activating my tickets, could not get them to work

Not able to purchase any tickets since I am not receiving the PIN required for registration to my phone number. I tried many times with multiple Canadian phone numbers and a Serbian one. I emailed the contact email provided in the automated registration email, but received no response. I haven't used much of the rest of the app, but it seems decent.
