The saving grace of this app is the sleep sounds and the notes in which you can note your pre sleep habits and do a mood check. But it's ability to track sleep is flawed - it wasn't able to pick up when I had gone back to sleep after I briefly waking up. Sometimes it wouldn't register when I had gone to sleep until an hour 2 later. Is a shame because I truly believe that this app has potential

Useful to help me think about how to improve the quality and quantity of my sleep, just by virtue of noting it. The meditations/ ambient sounds are a helpful focus and the variable alarm is interesting. I always seem to wake just before it goes off. As others have said, it doesn't know if I'm asleep. Developers, please note that it incorrectly adds a sleep goal one hour longer than is possible between going to sleep now and the alarm time. eg 10 til 7 = 10 hours?! This is mildly irritating.

Completely inaccurate compared to the sleep tracker on my wrist. It cannot get the time you fall asleep right and only records white noise. I actually tested it by speaking out loud whilst it was on, but it failed to record my voice. It is not worth the money in my opinion, it's just a gimic. Get yourself a good tracker and you'll find the results are so much more accurate.
